Terms of Agreement
     AlphaLane does not endorse any product on our site. Any and all liability for the quality of products is between buyer and seller. Since this site is viewed by the general public, we will remove or deny access to anyone that violates our terms. AlphaLane will notify any client of removal or change in their ad, article or forum exchange.
     We offer free article submission to anyone 18 years of age or older. Currently, there is no limit as to the number of articles you may submit. This may change with increased traffic; however, articles are not removed from AlphaLane except by the owner or by the removal of an owner's personal records or by violation of terms. All articles must conform to AlphaLane terms.
     Articles must be placed in their entirety. Any article submitted must be complete with a title, body and resource. The resource is placed at the end of the article and can be any content about the author, the author's site or any other content. You may place hyperlinks anywhere in your article - no dhtml, scripts, or activeX elements. Your article body can be up to three pages in length. If it is to long, the system will respond and you will need to shorten it. If you used unacceptable grammar and the system catches it, a separate screen will show you the location of the word or words. Remember, you can always edit your articles, ads, pictures or personal records in 'Edit Records' on the menu bar.
     We review all articles and minor term violations are corrected and reported to the article owner. We will be the sole judge of minor and serious article violations. Serious violators will be blocked from AlphaLane, so make sure your content is acceptable to the general public. Then to, if you believe another author's article to be unacceptable, contact us and we will review it. We cannot guarantee its removal.
     We do not accept dynamic script such as jscript, asp or dhtml in any article or ad; however, you may place links in your article anywhere, but those links will not be hot until your article is reviewed and placed on the article home page. If, after we review an article and find it acceptable, we will format it for full page display ( article page ) and your links will become hot. By placing articles or ads on AlphaLane you agree to allow us to use pictures or images from your website to advertise your site, at our discretion. However, any picture or image placed by us on AlphaLane will be removed if you request it.
     You may post any ad on AlphaLane that conforms to our terms. You may post an ad about your article and link to your article on AlphaLane or your site. To link your ad to your article, after your article is on the article display page, simply go to update records and place the address in your site box. Click 'Update' and your ad will be linked to your article at the search page under 'site'. Your 'site' link will link to your article page on AlphaLane or to your selected web site. Only your pictures will show links to sites other than your article on AlphaLane.   When you update or edit your article, we will need to review the update to make any changes to your article page.
     We do not accept affiliate ads placed in articles by submitters. We reserve the right to place ads of any nature anywhere in an article with the promise to always maintain the total content of said article. All articles must be the original manuscript of the submitter or he/she must have the authors permission to submit the article. It is not AlphaLane's responsibility to verify writer authenticity of any article placed on our site. Any third party dispute over an article will qualify that article for removal from AlphaLane. By placing an article on AlphaLane you indemnify AlphaLane from any dispute litigation. You must be registered in order to place an article, place an ad or use the forum on AlphaLane.
     Use the Forum to exchange information, comments, or ask questions. You may talk about anything of interest to you; however, we ask that the content of exchange be acceptable for the general viewing audience.  All information exchanged on the forum is the sole responsibility of participants.

Remember that, the advice anyone gives you on the forum is strictly free advice, not paid consultation. If the information you seek involves dangerous or potentially harmful activity, seek professional consultation.

AlphaLane will not advertise material we consider inappropriate for general viewing audiences.

     You must be registered to use the forum; however, you do not need to have an ad or article on AlphaLane to use the forum. We ask, only, that you use no profanity, sexual connotations or confrontational remarks when talking on AlphaLane. We have installed filters to remind clients of a possible violation of terms. We monitor records and data placed on AlphaLane and we will remove and block term violators. You must be registered to use our site. Ad length is currently set to 2000 characters ( about 350 words or a page ). You may advertise anything of personal value, service, sales, want ads or personals. All ads on AlphaLane are classified. We currently offer 127 categories; however, if you cannot find a category to fit your ad, please email us with a new category suggestion.

     AlphaLane is a totally free advertising site. You may place as many ads or articles on AlphaLane as you wish; however, both must adhere to our terms. All ads placed on AlphaLane, will remain until removed by the owner or by the system, due to an expired PED (Please read About Us for explanation). You do need to have ads with current PEDs running on AlphaLane to remain registered; however we will not remove a client from our registry until they have had no activity on AlphaLane for an extended period of time. It will be our discretion as to who is removed from the registry and we will notify that person by email of the change.

All articles submitted to AlphaLane must be the sole property of the submitter or the submitter must have proof of approval from the owner. Submitting copyrighted material that is not yours is a violation of Federal Law. It is not the responsibility of AlphaLane to validate owner authenticity of any submitted material and you will indemnify AlphaLane from any legal action resulting from your submission. If it is brought to the attention of AlphaLane that submitted material in not owned by the submitter, then that submission will be removed from AlphaLane. AlphaLane does not guarantee submitted pages will be placed on AlphaLane. It will be the sole discretion of AlphaLane as to what is placed on AlphaLane. AlphaLane may remove any page at any time. Owners will be notified of such removal. You must be registered to place an article or an ad on AlphaLane. All pages must adhere to AlphaLane terms.

We reserve the right to remove any ad or article from AlphaLane that we deem violates our terms. Reasons for removal may be ( but not limited to ) misrepresentation of personal property, not a valid owner, misrepresentation of agency, brokerage or dealership, non-existent property, any legal dispute between buyer and seller, promotion of racism and any violation of terms. We reserve the right to remove any ad or article from AlphaLane for any reason we deem necessary. By registering you agree to the following:

a. Access to this site is through your equipment, where upon, you will not use any automated device or process to undermine, copy or obtain information from AlphaLane unless expressly agreed to by AlphaLane. You will not spam clients of AlphaLane or send unsolicited mail to any client on AlphaLane. You agree that you will not interfere with the operation of AlphaLane in any manner including all manners of virus upload through any method or means. You agree that you will not try to access nor access any script on AlphaLane by any means or methods and that all information on AlphaLane whether placed by you or others becomes the property of AlphaLane to be used or removed at the discretion of AlphaLane. You agree not to copy other clients' information or pictures for any reason, other than private use, unless agreed to by said client. You agree not to place any picture or statement of a sexual, violent, or racist nature on AlphaLane and that it is the sole judgment of AlphaLane management to determine what is and is not a violation of these terms.

b. You also agree not to entice, confront, solicit, harass, demean or engage any client of AlphaLane in any manner that is deemed inappropriate by AlphaLane or violates any city, county, state or federal law. It will be the duty of the management of AlphaLane to inform you of any violation or removal of data placed by you on AlphaLane.

c. You are granted the right to place hyperlinks to AlphaLane from any site in any manner that AlphaLane deems appropriate. You are granted the right to use any information placed on AlphaLane for solely private purposes such that said material will not be used for public endeavors outside of AlphaLane unless agreed to by AlphaLane or the owner of that material.

d. All AlphaLane Internet operations remain the sole property of AlphaLane and any disagreement arising from the use of these between you and AlphaLane will be settled by us or a court of our choice. You agree that nothing in the terms of AlphaLane may be construed as your right to ownership of any material on AlphaLane except that material placed by you on the AlphaLane web site, with the consent of AlphaLane, and that AlphaLane remains the sole authority on what shall and shall not be allowed on AlphaLane.

e. You agree that AlphaLane disclaims all warranties of products on AlphaLane and you will not hold AlphaLane liable for any working or non-working entity of AlphaLane whether of a programming nature or hardware nature. AlphaLane agrees to correct any programming error or server error in a timely manner to facilitate your use of the site and that if AlphaLane cannot fulfill this requirement then any money paid to AlphaLane for the period in question will be refunded.

f. You agree that AlphaLane is strictly an advertising entity and cannot be held responsible for any goods, property or services exchanged by you and others on AlphaLane. You agree that all exchange between you and others on AlphaLane of any nature is solely your responsibility and that no employee or affiliate of AlphaLane can be held responsible for this exchange. AlphaLane makes no warranties whatsoever regarding the ownership, authority to sell or rent, or condition of any property listed on the Site, or the sincerity or ability to pay of any potential buyer, service, or tenancy. You agree to indemnify AlphaLane and all of employees of AlphaLane from liability of products or services of any nature exchanged on AlphaLane and any and all information exchanged on The Forum.

We use third-party advertising companies to serve ads when you visit our website. These companies may use information (not including your name, address, email address, or telephone number) about your visits to this and other websites in order to provide advertisements about goods and services of interest to you. When your information is sent to us we time stamp and secure your server information for security and processing reasons. We will not give your personal information to anyone except by court order. Since we use no credit cards and the information you want the public to see is placed by you on AlphaLane, there is no sensitive exchange of personal information. You decide what you want people to see on your ad/article. All email responses are made through us. Your email address is not made public on AlphaLane. Please read 'About Us' and 'Pictures' before going to 'Get Started'. By registering with AlphaLane you agree to these terms and conditions.
